    Default GMP missing from repo

What is the best way to install GMP onto my OpenSuSE 11.4_64 box?
I see gmp-devel is listed in the repo for download, but I need binary
gmp. I'm guessing I'll have to use something like SuSE build service or
    compile from source. Any ideas?

gmp is the src then gmp-devel, the rest are libgmp* so gmp is now a
version lib based on it's soname.
