Default How to Upgrade to KDE 4.7? (openSUSE 11.4)

Title says it all - how do you upgrade to KDE 4.7? I'm pretty new to openSUSE (installed it last weekend) and have never had to upgrade before, so I don't know the ropes. The KDE website says that there is a 1-click install available, but the link doesn't work:

    Binary packages
Some Linux/UNIX OS vendors have kindly provided binary packages of KDE 4.7.0 for some versions of their distribution, and in other cases community volunteers have done so.
Currently pre-compiled packages are available for:
openSUSE packages are available for openSUSE 11.4 (one-click install), for openSUSE 11.3 (one-click install), and openSUSE Factory (one-click install).

That copy+paste comes from the bottom of KDE - KDE 4.7.0 Info Page

I've looked for 4.7 in the yast repos and tried to do some stuff through zypper but I can't figure it out. I know it only came out yesterday, but it should be possible and stable, right?

It just links me to a bunch of code, though, what do you do with it?

This can be closed - I figured it out. It has since led to another horrible problem which is of a completely different topic, so I made a separate post about it.
