Question question on boot loader, delete "Windows 2"

Been away from Linux for sometime. I recently installed SuSE 11.4 after downloading/burning it to a DVD. The install was set to resize the C: partition.
First install failed, something about not being able to partition /dev/sda ...
I then tried reinstalling SuSE using the partitions that it previously made during the failed install and it worked. Now I have two Windows listed in my boot menu, Windows 1 and Windows 2.
I should be able to delete Windows 2, correct? I tried booting to it and it said something about wrong MBR or something to that effect. Windows 1 works normally.
