ndiswrapper in tumleweed
i want to use ndiswrapper for a very propritary wlan usb stick (shipped with austrian upc)
but as i understand in tumbleweed you cant really just install ndiswrapper and go ahead. because of the kernel dependencies.
so i thought no problem i will just compile it myself.
but there is no ndiswrapper-devel package available. so whats the deal with ndiswrapper anyway. is it not a buch of sources that i can compile? i am confused.
any help?

Re: ndiswrapper in tumleweed
You can download version ndiswrapper-1.56 (late 2010 ver) from Sourceforge here: ndiswrapper sourceforge - location tool
and AFAIK there are install instructions inside the tar file and also on the wiki
