where are you seeing that? in /var/log/messages, or what?? or where? and
when?

i see no error message, does that list come along with problems? a
crash? a modem not working? a network failure? what/when?

are you on dial up? ADSL, cable, wi-fi what?

why are you accessing a "modem-manager"..
