Unhappy Picasa online features wont work

    Hi,
with openSUSE 11.3 I am getting this when I start Picasa:
    Code:
Many online features of Picasa will not work
until you install a 32-bit version of OpenSSL.
If you skip this step, you can perform it later by running:
    /opt/picasa/bin/repackage32.sh openssl
    For additional assistance, please visit:
    http://groups.google.com/group/Google-Labs-Picasa-for-Linux

Would you like to install 32-bit OpenSSL now
The automatic installer in Picasa says:
    Code:
Don't know how to install openssl on Suse.
And as a result none of the online features (upload to Picase webalbums for instance) don't work.

I have the following SSL packages installed, but I can't seem to figure which additional packages I need to install in order to get Picasa working as it did in openSUSE 11.2

    petrin-poytakone:/etc/sysconfig # zyp se ssl
    Verbosity: 1
    Non-option program arguments: 'ssl'
    Initializing Target
    Loading repository data...
    Reading installed packages...
    Force resolution: No

I have the same problem and havent been able to find a solution. Also, Picasa in 11.3 seems to use a lot more CPU than in 11.2

I'm still using 11.2 but looking at your list, have you tried installing libopenssl0_9_8-32bit which I see is not installed.

    As the previous poster suggested:

    "zypper in libopenssl0_9_8-32bit"

    does the trick!
