cannot log out (KDE 4.6.0)

Hi folks,

I am running KDE 4.6.0 under openSUSE 11.4 (i586). For one user, it is not possible to log out. Clicking on any of the log out / shut down buttons simply doesn’t have any effect.
Interestingly enough, it works for a different user, which has the same rights.

If anybody has any clue, please let me know! Thanks!

Since you indicate only one user does not work, have you considered removing and adding back in that user or creating a slightly different user name for the user and move them over to that new name? One would assume some portion of the old configurations in the user area is not right, but how long might it take to find the problem verses just creating a new user name?
