First you must find the repos of 4.6.2. I write the technique now.
First go to yast and in Software repositories you disable the repos of KDE 4.6.1
After you will open your terminal and will write
su
# zypper addrepo -f http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/Distro:/Stable/openSUSE_11.4/KDS
# zypper dup --from KDS
And when it will finish make reboot.
I do not know if it is the correct repository. I just show only the technique.
I think you missed a space
zypper addrepo -f http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/Distro:/Stable/openSUSE_11.4/ KDS
Yeahh you are right. Thank you Carl:)
But I don’t think 4.6.2 is in there
It’s here
zypper ar -f http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/Release:/46/openSUSE_11.4/ kde46
zypper ref
(a) to accept
zypper dup -r kde46
or

I start also my upgrade, just changing the repos.
Thanks for the help.
It mostly went well. After the update had finished I rebooted. When I typed in my password to log in, it just returned to the login screen. I was unable to login as root either.
I found that I could log into other window managers. I rebooted again and was able to log into KDE. I don’t know what was up there.
So its all working now… I’ll see how I go when I get game enough to reboot again
Thanks again.
I am glad to help you(I and Caf4926). Enjoy your KDE and openSUSE.
