Welcome to the forums. Glad to hear you are so enthusiastic about openSUSE that you want to share it.
However, you cannot do this because the system you created during the installation is tailored precisely to your hardware and will not run on any other hardware. Assuming you used an openSUSE Live-CD to install your system, just give you friends a copy of that CD.
Or, if they do not have fast broadband connections, get someone who has to download the DVD and then copy that for your friends. They may still have to download a few things but most will be on the DVD.

thank you very much.
but the distro i make has got a lot of updated packages and tools and improvements that it is not on the live cd or DVD!
is there anyway or script to make the iso image with no problems at the hardware ?because my friends need a complete distro!(will they are not friends Literally, they are the arabic users, the distro i make is for them all!)
thanks.

Install the package yast2-product-creator and have a look at it (it appears
in yast of course and its name is product creator).
Take a look at kiwi if you like that more.
Take a look at openSUSE studio at http://susestudio.com/

You can do a backup of your system to a bootable dvd with Mondo Rescue, I
think.
The classical "susified" method is "autoyast". Basically is a list of
packages in an xml file, and rules for duplication, I think, which the
installation DVD can read automatically somehow.
But you would also need to make at least a copy of the update repo on
another dvd or sub disk, or an installation server, to avoid having to
download all the updates from internet.
Another interesting tool I haven't experimented with is product creator and
image creator (kiwi).

Check out SUSE Studio. You can build a custom live appliance, based on your own system if you wish.
Welcome – SUSE Studio

The product creator can obviously not read the cd/dvd you used as one of the
repositories
Code:
Please check if the URIs defined for this repository are pointing to a valid
