    Default Hybernate does not work

Hybernate does not work on my laptop. I receive the following error in the log:

    Running hook /usr/lib/pm-utils/sleep.d/30s2disk-check hibernate hibernate:
    INFO: checking for suspend-to-disk prerequisites...
ERROR: no resume parameter on kernel commandline, can not suspend

    what should I do?

The error message tells you what is required. Update your kernel statement in grub to include the resume=/dev/disk/by-id/the_id_of_your_swap_partitition parameter.

You can't hibernate without a swap partition large enough to store the memory contents in use.

Well... I have no swap at all because it slows the computer's operation. Is it possible to hibernate without swap?

It will only slow the system if the swap file is frequently used or not large enough. Sounds like you have plenty of RAM if you don't need a swap partition. In that case allocating a swap partition won't impact your system as it probably won't need to use it. I believe it is a prereq for hibernation, i.e. no you can't hibernate without it.
