Problem with 3rd Party App: Dolphin Emulator [radeonSetSpanFunctions: bad format: 0x0002]

I also posted the problem at the official Dolphin-Emu Forums here:
[Linux-openSuSE] radeonSetSpanFunctions: bad format: 0x0002; Aborted](http://forums.dolphin-emulator.com/showthread.php?tid=16479)

Here the original post

Yesterday I downloaded and compiled the source code.
All worked fine and no compiler error has occurred.
The application is installed and just works fine.

And now to the problem:

If I try to play a game, Dolphin-Emu exits instantly without any error dialogs or something.
I started the emulator with a terminal, and here is the output:

Code:

...
...
radeonSetSpanFunctions: bad format: 0x0002
radeonSetSpanFunctions: bad format: 0x0002
radeonSetSpanFunctions: bad format: 0x0002
radeonSetSpanFunctions: bad format: 0x0002
radeonSetSpanFunctions: bad format: 0x0002
radeonSetSpanFunctions: bad format: 0x0002
radeonSetSpanFunctions: bad format: 0x0002
Aborted

In some games I am able to go to the game main menu.
- Super Mario Sunshine [PAL]
- The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker [PAL]
- The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Collector's Edition [NTSC-U (USA)]

In some games, the emu instantly closes.
- The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess [PAL & NTSC-J (Japan)]

I use OpenGL because, the games are in normal speed (100%).
The other "Software Render" is ****, the games are at low-speed (5-40%).

I want play my games at normat speed, and this is only possible with OpenGL.

Here my System Specs:

Code:
Linux 2.6.37.1-1.2-desktop x86_64 | openSUSE 11.4 (x86_64)
2x AMD Turion(tm) 64 X2 Mobile Technology TL-64
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650 | 2D driver: radeon | 3D driver: R600 classic (7.10)

I can't install the official ATI Driver, because the System won't boot anymore, and I have to reinstall Linux. Sad

PLS help, I really want to play my GCN Games on my PC! Blush

EDIT: Dolphin r7476-Release

is there a solution for that.

i think there is something buggy with the radeon driver :\

do as you wish, but personally i advise all to use Linux for the real
work, school work, filing income taxes, emailing, browsing, online
banking, online purchases, etc etc etc…that is, everything that is
important, do that on linux so no microsoft virus can steal the
password to your online broker and . . .

and, since Microsoft makes a pretty good game system, play games on
it…only.
