Latest Stable KDE 4.6 repo for Tumbleweed

Installed Tumbleweed today and was disappointed to find the latest stable KDE not installed.

4.6.2 is running fine on my 11.4 install.

I would like to use 4.6.2 in my Tumbleweed install.

Can anyone recommend the appropriate KDE Stable repo for Tumbleweed?

the current state of Tumbleweed that there is practically zero
documentation past http://en.opensuse.org/Tumbleweed and the Factory
mailing list archive [searchable via google] on how to do the kind of
things you ask about…

suggest you read more on that in my post #3 to this thread
http://forums.opensuse.org/showthread.php?t=457273

maybe if you read all of that thread you can piece together the
answer to your question by applying the knowledge gained on packman’s
relationship to Tumbleweed to your desire to find/use a “KDE Stable
repo for Tumbleweed”…

sorry i can’t be more help…but, post #6 in that thread says soon
there should be a Tumbleweed forum…

KDE 4.6.2 was in de repos only shortly. All is back to 4.6.1 now, with, AFAIK, new version numbering.

Again AFAIK there are no separate KDE repos for Tumbleweed (yet), one should use the 11.4 repos.

Thank you both.

The 11.4 repos do seem to be working but I was worried when I say that using the same 11.4 KDE repo Tumbleweed shows 4.6.1 and my previous 11.4 system upgrade using the same KDE repo showed 4.6.2.

If 4.6.2 was pulled from that repo it explains what I am seeing.

Is there any reason for that?
