Default How to format a pendrive in 11.4 KDE?

I found no feature to format my 4GB Corsair pendrive, since 11.3 KDE,but Ubuntu offer the complete feature to format a pendrive to either FAT,ext3 or ext4.
How to get a pendrive format in openSUSE 11.4 KDE? And,I'll transfer the file between M$ windows & 11.4,which format is suitable?
    My pendrive is Corsair Voyager.

Go to YAST-System-Partitioner and format it to whatever you wish

    And for your second question.
As MS most probably does not support Linux file system types like ext2/3/4, Reiser fs, etc., but Linux people have taken the trouble to write interfaces to MS file system types like FAT, VFAT, NTFS, etc. it is obvious to me that you should go for a MS type of fs on a device that must be used by both worlds.

I am not sure however that Linux (YaST in our case) offers a lot of possibilities for creating an MS file system (formatting as you call it) . That is something that might be done better on a native system for that type of fs.

YaST can format and create FAT32 files systems just fine. Not sure about
NTFS as I've never tried it myself.
