I have to confess I don't actually drink coffee in the morning, I'm too awake for that, only in the afternoon when I get drowsy.

But it's amazing how far some coffee fanatics will go in pursuit of the perfect cup.

And the More you spend, the more you save could not be more wrong. I am thinking leaving that roasting to professionals is best and buy your two week or less old roasted beans locally.

I suspect it's also a hobbyist thing to do. If all the hobbyists in the world desisted and left it to professionals, a lot of money would be saved. But there would be a lot of unhappy spouses complaining about bored and irritating partners.

You know that everyone can have a passion and something they might be good at. Linux and Computers are my passions and I like to drink coffee and good beer for that matter, but you don't want any coffee that I roasted or beer that I, well what ever you do to make beer either.

Coffee for me is an enemy. Only sage.

Coffee: morning, afternoon and evening ... I think I drink 5-7 cups of coffee every day at work, and sometimes it makes me really crazy

I like also tea, but mostly when I'm home or away.

In my opinion sage with tea is better. I drink sage 5 times in my day.
