Default OpenSuSE 11.4: VLAN vs e1000e - system hangs

The module e1000e is loaded into system. At addition VLAN the system hangs at a stop VLAN or configure other devices (sound, video).

    What's the problem?
In OpenSuSe 11.3 it worked correctly.

I can confirm this issue - even worse, Yast hangs when trying to access the "Network Settings". Same for VirtualBox when bridged to
the Vlan interface on the e1000. The only way to get back to a working system is to remove the /etc/sysconfig/network/ifcfg* files for
    the vlan interfaces.
