If you want to make experiments with your opensuse and his repositories try that.
But I have checked the url and it is ok.

    Code:
    # zypper removerepo <repository>
    And add this
    Code:
    su
    Code:
    # zypper addrepo -f http://download.opensuse.org/update/11.3/
But as I can see URL is fine.

suggest you closely reread, and follow my advice on how to select a
different mirror for the update repo....as it is obvious the one you
are trying to connect to (through download.opensuse.org/update) is
currently broken!! (why or how broken, i have no idea....but, i
suppose it will be fixed eventually)..

I can not understand which URL must use to fix this problem? I give him my URL who I upgrade. Is it wrong?

did you read my earlier post (#13) in this thread?

download.opensuse.org is NOT a repo, it is an address which goes to a
computer running a program called "MirrorBrain"..

that 'brain' redirects to one of a large number of mirrors all over
the earth...it redirects to a mirror which is (usually) current and
operating normally AND _near_ the user needing software from openSUSE..

HOWEVER, since most of the mirrors are neither owned nor operated by
the openSUSE community, any one of them might have a problem at any
second AND "MirrorBrain" might not notice that for some time..

therefore, sometimes when things go wrong with a repo it is necessary
to pick a real address to a real mirror, and NOT use the
    download.opensuse.org re-director address..

in other words the repo which "MirrorBrain" sends *you* to might be
operating perfectly, but the _different_ repo server that
"MirrorBrain" is sending 'samhela' to may currently be broken,
offline, corrupted, hacked, etc etc etc--therefore he needs to pick
another...and, i told him where to look to find that other URL...

read my earlier post...and read/look at the URLs i reference in it...

I read that post. Thank you for that. Very usefull!!!! I will use it.
    Thank you again!!!!

    Anyway for @samhela
That's the technique that you can add and remove repositories.
If you want to make experiments
    Remove repository
    Κώδικας:

    Code:
    su

    Code:
    # zypper removerepo <repository>
    And add this

    Code:
    su

    Code:
    # zypper addrepo -f http://download.opensuse.org/update/11.3/

Use code tags to post computer output, please. If you do not know how, see
    the howto section.

Problem is the 'NONE' there. Remove repo, add it again.

How? Man zypper, or "zypper --help", or use YaST.
