Default Location of KDE Desktop Configuration File Icons

I created a link on my Desktop to point to the Netbeans IDE. However, it's giving me the default icon. I want to change the icon. I figure I can do this in the Desktop Configuation file. But I'm not sure what location the configuration file is looking for icons?

    SUSE 11.3
    KDE 4.4.4

So if you open YaST / Software / Software Management and search on Netbeans. Then, go to the files Tab and see where the files in question are located. It depends on the version, but after installing Netbeans I found this folder that seemed to have what you were looking for:

    /usr/share/netbeans/6.8/nb6.8/
