what application do you want, and why do you assume it is best to use
    a torrent?

very few (maybe none) Linux applications are anywhere near large
    enough to need a torrent!

and, remember almost all Linux applications are FREE, so you do not
need to find an illegal torrent somewhere to rip-off some huge
Software Conglomerate to get good applications!!

best advice: always use YaST or zypper and if at all possible, one of
the four standard openSUSE repos: OSS, non-OSS, update and packman

sorry for my english, I try to explain better:

I tried to use yast to install applications to watch dvd(vlc) and download film and music(bittorrent, transmission), but yast doesn't have a library of software.
I look for a software like bittorrent or transmission,, to use torrent.
    I use opensuse 11.1

openSUSE 11.1 has passed its end of life, which means:

    - no more repositories of applications to download (they are gone)

    - no more security patches

    - no more bug fixes

so, you should move to a supported version as soon as possible:

11.4 will be out in a couple of weeks..

11.3 will be supported until January 15th 2012

11.2 has only 73 days of support remaining

If you installed the Gnome desktop, you should have had Transmission installed with the desktop.

If you installed the KDE desktop, you should have had ktorrent installed with the desktop.

To find a library of software you have to find it on a torrent hosting site.

    Try Toorgle Torrent Search Engine
