    Default xdg-su broken

    Hi All,
A while ago, I tried to get Compiz installed and working (it never did work). However, in the process of doing so, I seem to have broken xdg-su. Regardless of the command I try to run, it just hangs. There is no output at the terminal. Running strace on it seems to indicate that it received a wait signal that never finished.

    Any ideas?

    How did you run it?
    Try something like
    /usr/bin/xdg-su -c yourcommand
People who do not break things first will never learn to create anything

I had just been using 'xdg-su -c <command>', but giving the full path (/usr/bin/xdg-su) results in exactly the same thing.
