Unhappy skype installation says: Failed to obtain authentication?

hi guys, I`m one day new to this whole linux os and all i know is that i like it! but i seem to encounter lots of little troubles here and there...
just need to get used to it.

now i`ve downloaded skype for opensuse and when i dbl click on it, it says: "you have failed to provide correct authentication please check any password or account settings"
but it doesnt ask me anything before the error...
sorry i`m a real puzzled penguin stuck on an iceberg...
    thanks guys

I have just tried running skype here without installing libqt4-dbus-1 (Can't find it either) and it is running fine. Next step would be is to go to the terminal (Konsole on KDE) and first become root by typing this:
    Code:
    su -
Enter your root password at the password prompt. Then go to the directory where you have downloaded skype usually /home/yourusernamehere/Downloads
    Code:
    cd /directory/where/skype/download/is
    Then install skype:
    Code:
    zypper in skype-*.rpm
    Then exit root by doing:
    Code:
    exit
Then try running skype from the terminal by doing:
    Code:
    skype
