I am trying to install google chrome and am getting this error
Message did not receive a reply (timeout by message bus)
Used to run Gentoo years ago, I can’t remember anything anymore.
Is it the message you get when you run it from terminal ? If not, can you provide the output of firing up chrome in terminal.
I was launching the installer from Nautilus, suddenly YaST Installer worked? Well I have Chrome, not sure how but I do now.
