    Default system crash using rhythmbox

    Hi all,

I am not sure as to why but rhythmbox actually freezes the system.
I am unable to get into another desktop by pressing control-alt-F1, F2 etc..

I am not sure how to diagnose this problem... The window loads, and then the system just crashes.

According to the software Manager I am using version 0.12.8-1.43

any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you.

Do you get any additional output when you run rhythmbox in the terminal?

    Hi,

Actually it appears to be running again despite the above errors..
Though I did try a couple of days ago and it crashed.

are there any settings which I should modify to give rhythmbox access to the usb?

    Thank you.
