Thread: Ethernet over USB on 10.3?

Default Ethernet over USB on 10.3?

Somebody asked me the other day about if there was any hardware that would allow Ethernet traffic over USB ports. I know there is some hardware on PCs that allows this, but does anybody know of any hardware that Opensuse 10.x supports that would allow Ethernet traffic over USB?

    Thanks,

    Rick

Here's a product which I have used and keep just in case anything goes silly. I looked it up in Amazon in order to provide a link. I got mine from Maplins if you are in the UK. Usb to lan RJ45: Amazon.co.uk: Computers & Accessories
