    Default 64bit Flash version

Just a note on the 64 bit flash version (currently only in beta).

After I went from 32 bit to 64 bit I have been trying to remove a lot of those 32 bit libs which the installation setup installs by default, I now run with only three of the 32 libs packages installed.
To have flash I installed the plug-in manually as explained here: openSUSE Lizards

Flash is performing well on my system, better than with the 32bit version using the 'nsplugginwrapper'. The current version is 10.2 and in beta state but I have been surprised to how well it has worked.

    I use Konqueror 4.5.4 on OS 11.2.

    Cheers,
    Olav

    Default Απ: 64bit Flash version

    Congratulations for your installation.
Well, yesterday I installed the 64bit flash version and works perfect.

Sorry for rude responce but your operating system is old, why you do not upgrade it into 11,3 and now in few months to 11,4?

Well I like 11.2 in many ways and I am familiar with it
And I suppose 64 flash works much the same whether 11.2 or 11.3

Sorry again for rude responce but I don't like your hardware. It would better to use amd products which are more compatible with linux and have better price and better performance than intel, nvidia products.

    Always Friendly!!!!

    You weren't rude!

I didn't know that. Perhaps I'll try AMD next time, though I think Intel works alright for me as well. The CPU is only a couple of months old, about 6 I believe, so I have to use it for a while still.
