    Default Which OpenSUSE 11.3 rpm contains udevinfo?

    I have the following rpm's installed:

    $ rpm -qa | grep udev
    libudev0-157-3.1.i586
    udev-configure-printer-1.2.0-1.14.i586
    udev-157-3.1.i586
    libudev-devel-157-3.1.i586
    libgudev-1_0-0-157-3.1.i586

    however, udevinfo does not appear to be on the system:

    $ which udevinfo
    which: no udevinfo in (/home/dcf/bin:/home/dcf/bin/bin:/sbin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/usr/games:/usr/local/bin:/usr/X11R6/bin:/opt/gnome/bin:/opt/kde3/bin:/opt/MozillaFirefox/bin)

    and searching in yast -> Software Management does not find anything.

    Any help appreciated, thanks.

    I don't know what you're planing to do, but if you're trying to query the udev daemon you might take a look at this script Displaying partitions infos from hal daemon . It uses the udisks command (from package udisks), which might interest you as well.
