How can i change the background color of the bottom kde menu panel?
I tried with systesettings>Advanced>Theme,it’s not changing anything.

AFAIK you cannot but, in combination with certain wallpapers, it will become transparent. I downloaded a new wallpaper which shows through it whereas the older openSUSE wallpapers do not.

I think, if you change in the system preferences the tap appearances/style to another workspace. The one that is selected by default will keep the color. Any other will change to the color you like.
try this and see what happens.

The transparency is done by compositing. Depends on your graphics card’s capabilities and installed driver.

You can change the appearance to dozens of different themes through Systemsettings - Workspace Appearance - Desktop Theme. Try for instance Arezzo and you will have a dark (transparent) panel.
