    Default Amarok

ok so I'm trying to figure why my amarok won't work, I got Opensuse recently, I have a Dell Studio 1558. I have a few more problems but this one is the one that is bugging me the most at them moment I was wondering if anyone could help. I have tried other media players but they don't seem to work either. Youtube videos and internet web browsers have sound and video also play sound and work just fine. I appreciate the help.

I have seen a few having trouble with it.
Can I suggest you try clementine

You may need to add the extra repo. Clementine is just like amarok

Let me see your repo list with:

    zypper lr -d

Then I can advise the correct version of the repo

Tell more. When you say Amarok is not working. What happens, does it start and run?

If you (with amarok close) in a terminal type: amarok
what is the output in the terminal?
