How to install conky with both cairo and imlib2 in lua bingdings

I try any way to install conky and my conky -v here. I can’t run more conky settings because i don’t know add imlib2 in lua bingdings???. How do it??? :frowning:
(I’m a newbie and my english is bad >"<)

Conky 1.8.0 compiled Sat Aug 7 19:09:49 ICT 2010 for Linux 2.6.34-12-default (i686)

The default conky doesn’t have the Imlib2 bindings. I have built the
package on OBS and included nvidia, cario and imlib2 bindings;


Compiled in features:

System config file: /etc/conky/conky.conf
Package library path: /usr/lib64/conky

X11:

I try installing it from your repo but result is still so :(. Not understand. Help me, i have try to built it from source with config --enable-lua-cairo-imlib2 but result doesn’t change.

Did you ensure you uninstalled your version you compiled manually?
wherever you have the source you compiled run the command;


sudo make uninstall

The configure command used to build is here in the spec file;

First, thanks for helping. I can install soft from tarball by reading readme file :smiley: but i don’t know how to uninstall it 8-}. How do it???. Can you explain for me?. I can’t use command sudo make uninstall make: *** No rule to make target `uninstall’. Stop.
Apologize for inconvenience. I just a newbie, hix. I learning to use linux easily.

I think it installed in /usr/local you will need to go there and
manually delete;

I have del file in /usr/local/etc/conky/, /usr/local/lib/conky and /usr/lib/. file conky in /usr/local/bin :D. Try to reinstall it from your repo and get result.
