Default intermitent Firefox graphics rendering problem

Sometime earlier this year, while still using openSUSE v11.1, firefox began to, on an intermittent basis, poorly render images on various websites, though most times the rendering was correct. Video driver being employed at the time was the flgrx driver.

Now, after a new installation of 11.3, I'm finding the intermittent problem of poor graphics rendering on websites by Firefox has become more frequent. This time around the video driver is the kernel supplied radeon.

    - this is a broadband cable connection, so NO, it is not an accelerator issue
    - I don't think it has anything to do with zoom
    - and I do agree that the images are pixalated and horrible when the problem strikes
    - evidently there is a fix in Ubuntu

Any suggestions on how to fix this problem in openSUSE?

I have seen this problem before on my machine, but right now it's not doing it. Which version of Firefox are you using?

Same as me. Sorry, I don't have the answer.
