openSUSE 11.3 cups-1.4.4-2.3.x86_64.rpm created /usr/lib instead

Hi all

I was testing openSUSE 11.3 x86_64 on my system and notice that there is a missing /usr/lib64/cups/backend/ directory or file.

When I extract “cups-1.4.4-2.3.x86_64.rpm” using:
rpm2cpio cups-1.4.4-2.3.x86_64.rpm | cpio -idmv into a blank directory, I see that it created /usr/lib/cups/backend directory instead.

I tried extract cups from openSUSE 11.2, it is /usr/lib64.

Is there a bug in cups RPM or it is something different in openSUSE 11.3
