How do you install a Chinese character set on the computer so that I can read Chinese file names?

Did you try allready anything? I would start on the normal path to install software: YaST Software > Software management. When I type “chinese” in the search field, I got a lot of packages offered including fonts. Did you do that? When not then try to rmember this next time you are looking for a package. When yes, why diod it not help?
