    Default firefox 4b1 wont run

i've seen a few people here have FF4 installed on their systems, and i've got the urge to play with it.
so i download FF4, and extract the archive to desktop. (so files are in ~/desktop/firefox/)

double clicked the 'firefox' script in this folder and nothing happens at all. no windows appear, no hdd activity, no errors - nothing at all.

how did you get ff4 to run?

    Add the following repo:

    For 11.2:

    Index of /repositories/mozilla:/alpha/openSUSE_11.2

    or

    Index of /repositories/mozilla:/alpha/openSUSE_11.3

    for 11.3

Then in Yast, filter by repositories, go to the Mozilla Alpha repository and click "Switch System Packages".

    No switching needed
It's installed independent from FF3, but it uses the same .mozilla folder
