    Default Firefox 4

    Download firefox 4 from Index of /pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-trunk
    Unpack with ark to your home directry folder firefox
    In the folder firefox creat a new folder plugins
    copy the contents from /usr/lib64/browser-plugins to the plugins folder

    Start firefox and there you go

    Succes

    Download firefox 4 from Index of /pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-trunk

    give you a stand alone version without the xulrunner 193 stuf

    so firefox staight away as in macos en windows

    I was pondering after your earlier comment.
    Sometimes very early releases are reasonably stable, because they just push out the basic nuts and bolts, almost a clone of the current FFox (but I don't know if this is actually the case), something like the Milestone 1 release of 11.3. But then as work really gets under way on the new features, it can all go pear shaped for a while.

    Anyway, for the time being it's really running well.

    I had to copy the flash player plugin from /usr/lib/browser-plugins.

    Started firefox and tested succesfully. That browser is fast!

    Firefox Beta 3 is Rock Solid and Fast I have not had any crashes as of yet......But very limited use so far. I'm still waiting of Adblock to update the plugin, but NoScript works. I am extremely happy with this version

    My flash player problems on some sites are now gone too.....I could not watch flash on some sites with out the video being choppy and snowy. That has disappeared.
