Exclamation Running A Program in Kickoff Application Launcher as root

    Hello There
I am using openSUSE 11.2, and i want to use configure a scanner app to install drivers for my scanner but it requires root previlages to do so.
So Please Can Anyone tell me how can i run configure a scanner as root from the kick off application launcher.
    Thank You!

Rightclick the kickoff-starter → choose the menu editor → set up a kickoff entry as usual → then click the "advanced"-tab, there you will find an option to start the application as a different user (for example root).
