    Question KCM "Removable devices" not mounting

    I thought, that "Removable devices" module in KDE system settings supposed to automount removable devices. But when any removable media inserted, absolutely nothing happens. Below is the options I've set up in it:

    Tested, works here on KDE4 4.4.2, don't know what's going on. Does the device notifier work? I.e. do you get notifications when hardware is connected

    Yes, device notifier work, and for now it seems to be the only way to mount removable media in gui. Unfortunately it doesn't automount.

    Is there error logs for KCM?

    Or any ideas where to look?

    The device should mount when you use it. Click it in the device notifier. You can also set which apps are in the list in personal settings.
