MONO TOOL WITH VIRTUALBOX OPENSUSE 11.2 GUEST OS

I am using Mono Tool 1.1 for Visual Studio 2008 under Windows7 x64 Pro running on VirtualBox with OpenSUSE 11.2 x86 as Guest.

I have successfully installed mono server under OpenSUSE 11.2 directly from the 1click as stated on the mono website.

The Guest OpenSUSE 11.2 is added with two ethenet connection at: 192.168.56.101 and 192.168.56.102
port 8805 under mono gui server.

However, when I try to do “run remotely in MONO”, the VS2008 IDE shows the Linux machine icon but when connect, a dialog message reports guest monovs is older than the one in VS2008 IDE and failed to connect.

If I set first ethenet card to NAT connection under VirtualBox, “run remotely in MONO” totally cannot be connected.

Please advise

Hi rickygai. You’ve got all mixed up in posting twice and both times to the wrong forum so I’ve reorganised them for you.

Here is error screen captured:
