Default OpenOffice 3.2 for 64 Linux

    Hi all,

I use openSUSE 11.1 and have OpenOffice 3.0.

I see the latest version of OpenOffice 3.2 is ready.
How can we get it and install it, please ? I having been looking for a repository, but to no avail.

Any help will be greatly appreciated,

A search at software.opensuse.org with a filter of openSUSE 11.1 turned up this repo:

    Index of /repositories/OpenOffice.org:/STABLE/openSUSE_11.1

    Hello, sir,

So I did, but my OpenOffice version still is 3.0.0.
I do not seem to be able to install the latest one.

    Start Yast - Repo Manager
    Click Add
    Select Community repos, next
    tick 'OpenOffice' repo, next
Import key, if asked for, accept, that's one.

Now, start Yast - Software Management, pick pick repo view.
    Tick OpenOffice repo.
Right click in right pane, pick 'All packages', pick 'Update if a newer version exists'.

    That should be it.
° Appreciate my reply? Click the star and let me know why.

° Perfection is not gonna happen. No way.

    Hello sir,

I did YAST --> Software manager --> Repositories

I tick OpenOffice repositories (in the left pane) which gives me a list of programs or files, associated (I presume) with OpenOffice.

I right click in the right pane and then I select all.

However I can't choose nor find "Update if a newer version exists" ?
