Default SOLVED: HowTo search my attached repos for a specific RPM

I want to search the repositories I have linked/added into my openSUSE installation from the CLI. I want to search on a fragment of the full string name of the RPM I'm after.

I want two commands, one to search without refreshing the repos' databases and one to search including refreshing the repos' databases.

    What do you suggest?

    Thanks
