Default How do I activate the boot up sound on gnome?

    Hi:

It is a very silly question, but it's driving me crazy .

Since I upgraded to 11.2 I don't hear a sound when I boot my computer and I'd like to (the way it was in previous versions). How can I turn it on again???

    Thanks!

Did you go to Yast and configure the sound card?
    What sound card/chip?

Maybe I wasn't clear enough, sorry. The sound system works fine on my computer, I can play music, videos, etc...
All I want to do is to have my computer play a sound when the session starts, like it used to do. Thanks.
