    Two phrases: Transparent FTP Proxy with Auth and "No Credentials" lol
    No way to get past the proxy on port 21

    Too bad, but congrats to your admin (although tunneling ftp through the tor-network to at least get the expected download volume would most likely be a piece of cake, most coorperate firewalls don't get that too easily).

    Hi, if I do 'keep packages' from package manager.. where I should find my stored rpm's?

    Read /etc/zypp/zypp.conf.
