Thread: Two tone text lines in KDE

Default Two tone text lines in KDE

I would really like to disable how on most KDE programs the boxes that have text in them it has a two tone line scheme, I am probably not explaining it too well but I will attach a picture. I like the color scheme I have now, but for some reason it uses black for the second color. I have looked in appearance settings and haven't found anything that changes it.

I don't see what you mean. I couldn't work longer than 2 minutes with all this blue anyway. Which black do you want to be some other color.

    I can't see! I'm blind!

Seriously, that is hard on the eyes. Of all the themes that are available for download, you couldn't find one you liked? Something readable? Something that doesn't make your eyes bleed?

Have a look at Eyecandy for your KDE-Desktop - KDE-Look.org and see if you can't find something nice.
