    Default HELP!! GLIBC_2.0 not defined in file libc.so.6

    OS: OpenSUSE 11.2
    Application: Recital Developer (database)

    I'm running into this error when I startup the program.

    "GLIBC_2.0 not defined in file libc.so.6 with link time reference"

    anybody got any idea on how I can get around this issue? Need help ASAP

    openSUSE 12.3 (x86_64) with Kernel 3.7.10-1.16-desktop and KDE 4.11.2 on MacBook Pro
    Latest MS Windows version used: Win95

    Thanks wise Penguin. On quick question. Will I need to recompile my application once this is done? I ask because this is a commercial app and I don't have the source.

    No you just supplied a missing library or one the package needed. .so files are kind of like dll files in windows
