    Default Opensuse Group management

Hi, sometimes one get too much information. I am searching for an overview on the groups opensuse builds by default and their meaning of them (what effect is has if a user is joined to it) .

I tried to Google but this gives me way to much unrelated things. Since there a linux user groups, newsgroups and so on and so forth, and all of them are doing groupmanagement, have permissions bla bla, I substantially do not find the right information.

Does anybody has a link where I can find the framework or a one by one informative list of the meaning of every group?

    Thanks.

I don't know of any such list. Very few groups are required by the standard: User & Group Names.

Thanks for that vodoo. I noticed that this info is not so easy to get. Was kind of a surprise to me.
