How can I import in OS level (system wide) the CAcert root certificate and the relevant class 3?

Well, I cannot! I want to install it in a headless console only server, so, no X-Windows (not even libraries for remote X execution).
Forgot to mention: Machine runs 11.2.
Nobody? I mean, nobody ever imported the cacert certificate in openSUSE?
