Default ATI Driver Wont allow x the load

Hello just installed suse 11.2 and everything was going fine untill I installed the ATI driver for my model of card. well now I am unable to login to X...just presented with the console login screen when I run startx command I get this message..

(WW) fglrx: No Matching device section for instance (BusIDCI:000:17:0) found
    FATAL: Module fglrx not found.
(EE) fglrx(0) atiddxDriScreenInit failed GPS not been initialized.
(EE) fglrx(0) FB pci_device_map_range error! fglrx(0) Failed to map FB memory.

Now anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks

Default Re: ATI Driver Wont allow x the load

Hi Update: just ran sax2 -r -m 0=radeonhd an logged in to x and uninstalled the driver an installed the one from the repo's an it worked flawlessly...so either I didn't do something right or my card didn't agree with the new driver.
