clean install and wine

I’m planning on reformatting my disk and doing a fresh install of 11.2
(I’m on 10.3 at the moment). If I backup my .wine directory and then
restore it to my fresh 11.2, I should be able be able to run all my wine
programs as before correct? I’m thinking I can, but maybe I’m missing
something.

Thanks.

Yes, you can. I assume that you don’t have EXE programs configured with special wine configuration files (like ie4linux etc.).

You can keep your entire /home and reuse it.

No, I don’t have anything special. Just a straight up install with wine.
FYI, I’m running WOW and Ventrilo. This is good to know because I really
don’t want to install WOW again.

Thanks.
