Questions on Chromium

Does the chromium browser have the tabs across the top like File,
View. Edit etc? If yes how do you enable them?

I don’t see this in mine
and can’t just see an option to have it

On the right you will see a couple of icons (page and a spanner), that’s
the menu system.
