Question Cannot move mouse back to first screen

    Hi,

i have serious trouble using dual head mode with my ati card.

Everytime i enter the second screen the mouse is captured there and cannot be moved back to the primary screen.

I already tried various xorg.conf hacks (absolute/relative/above/leftOf...) but they all didn't solve that issue.

Is this a bug ? I have seen that this issues has already been filed and fixed for another linux distribution.

    I am using 11.0.

Instead of moving back the mouse, have you tried moving the mouse forward and see if it will appear on the other screen?

First time I've seen this thing happen. Could be an ati issue. Sorry can't help you more and I am not using ati. One question though, have you tried starting your machine with both monitors turned on, because sometimes even with my nvidia there were some quirks when turning on the second monitor when the machine is already up and running. Hope someone can help you out.

BTW, have you tried using two usb mouse?
