Default Wine help - Call of Duty 2 installation

I am running 11.2 64bit in Gnome. I have just installed Wine 1.1.35 and Wine-Doors v0.13. I have tried to install Call of Duty 2 with both wine as well as wine-doors. Neither will work. Below is the error message and the last few lines of the terminal installation crash. Any help is very appreciated.

Error: 1603 Fatal error during installation

I have copied only a few lines here. The top two lines repeated more times than the terminal would hold.

    Thanks,
Yes I have. The same error is referenced 3 times with no replies or answers. I am hoping someone here has a thought.

I just had a thought, duh, I will check the wineHQ site for the 1603 error, as opposed to just the COD2 pages. I'll get back.

I'm back with nothing. The error is referenced, the general suggestion is to reinstall wine. I did that multiple times, but no success. Hopefully someone here will know. All help is appreciated.
