Not sure about a list, but webpin may help...

    Webpin

Anything with a 'distribution/../oss' or 'distribution/../non-oss' listing would be in the standard package set.

How about Yast? You can filter the packages by repos, groups or patterns. You'll find most of the same info on the packages there. The "official" supported packages are those in the OSS/Non-OSS repos.

He probably saying that if you have Index of /distribution/11.2/repo/oss and Index of /distribution/11.2/repo/non-oss in yast2 software repositories, by running yast2 software management you will get the picture of the full list of openSUSE packages.

Yast is a tool for managing your system. It includes a software manager. If you want a full list of official packages, you will find it there. To start Yast,

    kdesu /sbin/yast2

    or

    gnomesu /sbin/yast2

If you prefer something online, Confuseling's suggestion is probably the best place to go. Unfortunately, you can't browse the packages there.
